LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. RTV Submission:

    • Compile RTV documentation and forward to the Sales Department.

  2. Driver’s Expense Report: 

    • Receive and review the driver’s expense report along with remaining cash.

    • Check receipts and change, compute totals, encode the logistic expense transmittal summary, and replenish petty cash with the Finance Department.

  3. Petty Cash Request:

    • Request petty cash from Finance for delivery expenses

    • Place all forms and petty cash in a black bag for transmission to the guard on duty.

  4. Diesel Purchase Order:

    • Forward the white copy of the diesel purchase order to the Finance Department.

  5. Fund Request:

    • Request additional funds if a driver is short on budget.

  6. Easy Trip and Auto Sweep Balance:

    • Print and submit the balance to the Finance Department as required.

  7. Easy Trip and Auto Sweep Expenses:

    • Print and submit the expenses to the Finance Department as required.

  8. Billing Statements and Payments:

    • Collect all billing statements and check payments from Accounting and place them in the delivery black bag.

  9. E-commerce Releasing:

    • Handle e-commerce releasing tasks as scheduled.

  10. Additional Tasks:

    • Complete any urgent tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education:

College graduate of any course 

 

Experience:

Logistics - 1 year (Preferred)

Working Language:​

Tagalog

English

 

Ability To Commute / Relocate To:

Meycauayan, Bulacan​

WHAT WE OFFER

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Starting at PHP 14,000+ per month

 

Schedule: 8 hour shift
