
HR ASSISTANT
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Assistant to manage our semi-monthly payroll process, employee benefits, compensation programs, and administrative support tasks. This role also includes handling administrative duties such as managing purchase orders, releasing supplies, and drafting official letters and memorandums. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing and benefits administration experience while also being proficient in administrative and office management tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Semi-Monthly Payroll Management
-
Process semi-monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

Verify employee attendance, timesheets, and payroll adjustments (overtime, leave, etc.).

Calculate gross pay, deductions (benefits, etc.), and net pay.

Ensure timely processing of salary disbursement to employees ATM

Maintain accurate payroll records
-
Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely manner.

Compensation and Benefits
-
Manage benefits enrollment and ensure employees are correctly enrolled in their benefits plans.

Communicate benefits options, eligibility, and changes to employees.

Process SSS,HDMF & PHIC benefits, contributions and loans payment

Administrative Tasks
-
Purchase Orders & Supplies Management:
-
Create, process, and track purchase orders for office supplies, equipment, and services.

Ensure timely release of supplies and maintain proper inventory records.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of requested supplies and materials.

Correspondence:
-
Draft and prepare official letters, memorandums, and internal communications for management and staff.
-
Ensure all written communications are clear, professional, and align with company policies.

Handle the distribution of internal memos, notices, and policy updates to staff.

General Office Administration:
-
Support the HR team with general administrative duties as needed, including filing, record keeping, and document management.

Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for office supplies and equipment.

Compliance and Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including payroll, benefits, and compensation data.

Ensure that the monthly report deadline is followed

Ensure payroll, benefits, and compensation practices comply with all applicable laws
-
Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding recordkeeping and document retention.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education:

College graduate with a degree in HR, Psychology, or any related business course. (Preferred)

Fresh grads are welcome!
Experience:
Human Resources - 1 year (Preferred)
